2011 Management Consulting Salaries - including McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and more
Hey guys, I've just released a lot of new consulting salary/compensation data for firms including McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and more. Here's an example of BCG's post-undergraduate total compensation for 2011:

For Boston Consulting Group…

Signing Bonus: $5,000
Base: $72,000
Performance Bonus: up to $16,200 (22.5% of base salary)
Profit Sharing Retirement Fund: up to $4,400 (expected to be 5% of sum of base salary and performance bonus)
- – - – -
Total compensation: up to $97,600

Retirement: BCG also contributes 15% of your base + bonus into your 401(k) retirement account, with $0 required contribution.

Let me know if you have any questions, but for the full list, click here for more management consulting salaries:

Thanks!

a quick question: what's the source of your data? Glassdoor.com??

Hey Tony - a lot of it came directly from trusted sources, and the remainder directly via anonymous comments or emails. For the latter, I tried to verify it at least through a couple sources but I wouldn't be surprised if some numbers are off a bit here and there.

Hope that helps Smile

How about firms that impose no pay cap?

Check out the following article about Theory of Constraints Consulting:

Also came across an interesting comparison of Goldratt Consulting vs. traditional strategy consulting practices.

Cheers!
