Hong Kong is an outpost of economic freedom in East Asia, generating entrepreneurship and prosperity for both residents and foreigners. While Hong Kong today is under the control of the Chinese central government, it is economical liberty and low taxes have remained largely intact; making the city attractive for businesses and employers seeking an East Asian base. Company establishment is fairly simple and requires registration with the Hong Kong government--along with a good understanding of Hong Kong's business culture. If anyone wants to set up an Offshore company in Hong Kong, what procedure is required, please share with me in this forum.

Hi,
A Hong Kong offshore company offers many advantages. Myself as a consultant, I formed a company in HK.
The procedure is easy, you can do it without traveling and it require only your passport copy and proof of address. For the bank account, you can open it anywhere else (Cyprus for example is good).
