in this thread i am going to show how stock market works. it is the first scientific model of its kind. here is the model:

at the extreme left side, there are economic agents such as banks, govt. ,company and gossipers. in the extreme right side is the market and share price. the people comes in the middle.

now how this model works:

the economic agents transfers information to the public through press meatings, conference, website announcements etc. people buy or sell share based on that information. share prices fluctuates based on the activities of people i.e. buying and selling.

how to use this model :

if you are an economic agent then:

if you want to rise a share price, spread positive info about that share. but if you want to reduce a share price, spread negetive info about the share.

if you are people then:

try to get the info before it reached general public.
